Service Desk Software Reviews

Service Desk Software Reviews From Top Providers

At Comodo, we want to ensure that everyone knows what's out there. Our product offers various helpful features, but we know that people need to be able to compare options. Therefore, we have come up with three service desk software reviews that we compare to our own so that you can make an informed decision.

Kaseya

Kaseya's product is a web-based version, just like ours. It offers:

  • Alerts
  • Automated routing
  • Invoicing/Billing
  • Email integration
  • LiveChat
  • Self-service portals
  • Ticket management

Ours is relatively similar to theirs, but we do not offer LiveChat or email integration.

Service Desk Software Reviews

Spiceworks

Spiceworks offers an on-premise and cloud version of Helpdesk software. They provide automatic ticketing and workflow, business metrics and dashboard, robust ticketing and task management, as well as the ability to use it on your mobile device. Their product is also free.

SolarWinds

SolarWinds offers their web Helpdesk, which can be used by MSPs, Helpdesk staff, IT and system administrators, support staff and more. They do offer a free trial and a free version, but you are extremely limited with the free version. Their asking price is $695 for a one-time fee per user. They do offer an installed and mobile version and provide free training options, including webinars. Their support is primarily online and through business hours.

Comodo One

At Comodo, we are proud to say we also provide most of the features as the other top companies. Reviews are a necessary thing for most businesses because they want to know that their Service Desk software will work for their needs. While some companies provide free versions, they may not provide all the same things as a paid version. However, ours is always free to use for as long as you want and for as many people as you need.
