Kaseya's product is a web-based version, just like ours. It offers:

Spiceworks offers an on-premise and cloud version of Helpdesk software. They provide automatic ticketing and workflow, business metrics and dashboard, robust ticketing and task management, as well as the ability to use it on your mobile device. Their product is also free.

SolarWinds

SolarWinds offers their web Helpdesk, which can be used by MSPs, Helpdesk staff, IT and system administrators, support staff and more. They do offer atrial and aversion, but you are extremely limited with theversion. Their asking price is $695 for a one-time fee per user. They do offer an installed and mobile version and providetraining options, including webinars. Their support is primarily online and through business hours.
